Order Processing
Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing. Ready-to-ship items may be processed and shipped out sooner. Made to Order items may take up to 7 business days for production before shipping. For EXPRESS production, an additional production fee and carrier fee may apply. Custom orders are a meticulous process, and we prioritize quality over speed. Contact us to confirm inventory accuracy before placing an express production order.
Standard Shipping
Our regular standard shipping is Priority Mail by USPS, with delivery in 2-3 business days (including Saturdays) AFTER we ship your package. Free shipping is applicable (ONLY in the U.S.) on orders of $400 and up. Once a package has shipped, note that LISHA LASHAWN is not responsible for any potential delays, as they are determined by the carrier and may vary based on package origin and destination.
Signature Requirement
All packages require a signature for delivery. Please be sure to have an adult available to sign for your package upon delivery.
Risk Department Flags
If our risk department flags your order due to information discrepancies at checkout, it may cause delays. We reserve the right to request a Credit Card Authorization form, which will be emailed to you. Your information will remain secure, and not kept on file.

Economy Shipping ($15.00-$38.00)

Express Shipping ($25.00 - $55.00+)
- Guaranteed next business day delivery.
- Signature required; ensure someone is home to receive the package. We are not responsible for problems if the package does not arrive on time. While they are reliable, unforeseen issues may occur. We assist as much as possible, but it's advised to contact the shipping carrier first.
When selecting express shipping with FedEx, USPS, or DHL, we are not responsible for problems if the package does not arrive on time. While they are reliable, unforeseen issues may occur. We assist as much as possible, but it's advised to contact the shipping carrier first.
International Orders
LISHA LASHAWN processes international orders, and prices may vary based on product weight, quantity, and location. If discrepancies occur, the paid shipping amount will be used towards the final shipping cost. Provide an accurate email and phone number. LISHA LASHAWN is not responsible for duty fees or delays imposed by international shipping companies.
Oh no! Did you miss your package delivery?
If your delivery was missed, please contact the carrier to arrange a new delivery or check if the package can be picked up at your local post office. If the package is returned to us, we’ll notify you once it arrives, and you’ll need to cover the postage for reshipment.
